Where do you want to watch?

We issue every trial by hand so we can pick the right server region for you and send a setup guide for your exact device. It takes a few minutes, and it is why our trials tend to work first time.

We use your details only to issue and support the trial. See our privacy policy.

Test it properly

Three things worth checking during the trial

Most people load the list, watch two minutes and close it. A proper test takes ten minutes and tells you far more.

1

Your sport, at peak time

Load a live fixture in the busiest evening slot you would normally watch. That is when infrastructure is under real load.

2

The main TV, wired

Test on the screen you care about, on Ethernet if possible. Wi-Fi gets blamed on IPTV constantly — rule it out early.

3

Channel switching and EPG

Flick through ten channels and open the guide. Fast switching and a full seven-day EPG mark a well-run service.

Answers

Trial questions

How long does the free Bird IPTV trial last?

The standard trial runs for a few hours on a single device — enough to load the full channel list, check the categories you care about, test your local sport feeds and watch something from the VOD library from start to finish. If you need to test a particular fixture at a particular time, say so and we will usually work around it.

Do I need to give card details?

No. The form asks for an email address and the device you plan to use. There is no card field, no stored payment method and nothing that quietly turns into a paid subscription.

Is the trial the full service or a cut-down version?

The full service. Same channel list, same VOD library, same EPG, same servers. The only limits are the duration and a single simultaneous stream.

Is this what people mean by 'Freebird IPTV'?

Usually, yes. Freebird IPTV is a common way of referring to Bird IPTV, and the "free" part almost always points at this trial. It is the same service either way — there is no separate Freebird product.

How quickly will I get it?

Trials are issued by hand to limit abuse, so allow up to 30 minutes at busy times — most arrive well inside that. If nothing has landed after half an hour, message us on WhatsApp with the email you used.

Can I get a second trial?

Generally one per household. If your first trial was cut short by a problem on our side, or you have changed device and want to re-test, explain when you ask — we are reasonable about it.
