Test on the screen you care about, on Ethernet if possible. Wi-Fi gets blamed on IPTV constantly — rule it out early.

The standard trial runs for a few hours on a single device — enough to load the full channel list, check the categories you care about, test your local sport feeds and watch something from the VOD library from start to finish. If you need to test a particular fixture at a particular time, say so and we will usually work around it.
No. The form asks for an email address and the device you plan to use. There is no card field, no stored payment method and nothing that quietly turns into a paid subscription.
The full service. Same channel list, same VOD library, same EPG, same servers. The only limits are the duration and a single simultaneous stream.
Usually, yes. Freebird IPTV is a common way of referring to Bird IPTV, and the "free" part almost always points at this trial. It is the same service either way — there is no separate Freebird product.
Trials are issued by hand to limit abuse, so allow up to 30 minutes at busy times — most arrive well inside that. If nothing has landed after half an hour, message us on WhatsApp with the email you used.
Generally one per household. If your first trial was cut short by a problem on our side, or you have changed device and want to re-test, explain when you ask — we are reasonable about it.
