The agreement between you and Bird IPTV when you buy and use a subscription.

Bird IPTV is a subscription providing access to streaming content over the internet. You are buying access to a service for a fixed term, not a licence to any individual piece of content.
We are a streaming-service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any broadcaster, sports league, studio or channel owner.
Keep your credentials private. Sharing them pushes your line past its device limit and locks you out of your own service; repeated sharing may lead to suspension without refund.
Make sure using this service is lawful where you live. Broadcasting and retransmission law differs between countries and it is your responsibility to know what applies to you.
Use the service for personal, private viewing. Public performance, commercial redistribution and resale outside our reseller programme are not permitted.
Each plan includes a stated number of simultaneous connections. You may save your credentials on as many devices as you like, but no more streams may play at once than your plan allows.
Automated scraping, restreaming and any attempt to redistribute our feeds are prohibited and result in immediate termination without refund.
We run load-balanced infrastructure with automatic failover and target 99.9% availability, but no internet service can guarantee uninterrupted delivery. Channels occasionally change source and are re-pointed as quickly as we can.
Planned maintenance is scheduled for low-traffic hours where possible. Brief interruptions are not individually refundable.
Subscriptions are paid in advance for the chosen term. Nothing renews automatically, no card is stored and no recurring charge is created.
Prices may change for future purchases; a change never affects a term you have already paid for.
Refunds are governed by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
You may stop using the service whenever you like; there is nothing to cancel because nothing recurs.
We may suspend or terminate a line that breaches these terms — credential sharing, restreaming or attempted fraud in particular — without refund.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
