What we refund, what we do not, and how to ask. Written plainly so there are no surprises.

The best way to avoid needing a refund is the free trial. It costs nothing, needs no card and answers the question before any money moves. We would genuinely rather you trialled the service than bought and asked for a refund.
If your line cannot be activated at all and we cannot resolve it.
If a fault on our side makes the service substantially unusable and support cannot fix it within a reasonable period.
If you were charged twice for the same order, or charged for something you did not order.
After a line has been actively used for an extended period — at that point the service has been delivered.
Where the problem is demonstrably on your side: an unstable or insufficient internet connection, an ISP blocking streaming ports, or hardware that cannot handle the stream. We will help you diagnose these, but they are not service failures.
Where you simply changed your mind after using the service, having declined the free trial.
Where the line was suspended for breaching the terms, in particular credential sharing or restreaming.
Email contact@iptvservices.online from the address you ordered with. Include your username, your order reference, a short description of the problem and what you have already tried.
We aim to decide within 3 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually clear in 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank or provider.
Most refund requests arrive before support has had a chance to help. Message us on WhatsApp first — the majority of problems turn out to be a wrong portal URL, an over-limit device count or Wi-Fi on the main television, and all three are fixed in one conversation.
If it genuinely cannot be made to work for you, we will say so plainly and process the refund ourselves.
